Installing

  1. Open the Connect IQ Store link above, or search for parkrun Barcode in the Garmin Connect IQ app.
  2. Install it to your watch and sync.

Setting up your barcode

  1. Open the app and a screen asking for your barcode should show up.
  2. Enter your parkrun ID (it starts with A) followed by [0]. For example, if your barcode is A76543210, enter A76543210[0].
  3. Hold down the Up button on your watch, or swipe left.

At the finish line

  1. Open the app from your watch's app list (where you would choose Run, Bike or Walk to start an activity).
  2. Hold your wrist out so the barcode can be scanned.
  3. Raise the screen brightness first if the barcode is hard to scan.
